CALLERLAB, aka the International Association of Square Dance Callers, maintains a list of suggested square dancing programs, from Basic through C3-A. Most square dance clubs and callers that follow modern Western square dancing use the CALLERLAB programs in the classes they teach and the dances they sponsor.

 
   

Square & Folk Dance Federation of Washington is a non-profit organization that promotes square and folk dancing in the State of Washington. The Federation sponsors a state square dancing festival every year; publishes Footnotes, a monthly magazine with articles and lists of upcoming dances in the state; and organizes many events and dances throughout the year.

 

United Square Dancers of America (USDA) is "the only national dancer's organization organized by dancers and operated by dancers."

 
   

Central Puget Sound Council is part of the Square & Folk Dance Federation of Washington. The Toe Stompers are members of this council.

 

Western Square Dancing (Dosado.com) has lots of good articles and interesting information on square dancing and round dancing.

 
   

SquareDancing.com has searchable databases with info about clubs, callers and cuers, and square dance organizations all over the U.S.

 

Promenade Dance Center is a square dance clothing shop that also publishes a monthly listing of dances and square dance clubs in the Puget Sound area. You can order online.

 
   

Petticoat Junction is a dance clothing store in western Washington that specializes in square dance clothing. They also travel to dance events in the area, selling their wares. You can order a catalog from their site.
